107th U.S. Open coming to Oakmont Country Club
The golf community in the Pittsburgh area is excited to have the 107th
U.S. Open coming to Oakmont Country Club next June. An event of this
dimension will bring golf to the forefront in this region throughout the
season and especially during Open week, June 11th through the
17th.
Totteridge Golf
Club is honored to be among a select list of area clubs being suggested
by the USGA and other golf organizations for guest play venues during
the Open. It carved out a limited number of tee times to be available
during Open week, and is now accepting tee times for single and multiple
foursomes.
This represents an
opportunity to give you and your guests and clients an experience they
will long remember. The hallmark of the experience is our Rees Jones
designed golf course. Jones courses are built for integrity and lasting
value; his designs and redesigns are frequently chosen as US Open
venues. Many more are found on the top 100 golf course lists in America
and the world.
Totteridge proudly joins the Rees Jones legacy of great courses that are
fair,
challenging, visually exciting, and continually interesting to play.
The Totteridge
staff and I are delighted to have the United States Open Championship
contested in western Pennsylvania, which is why we are eager to provide
an additional memorable experience for all the visitors who will be
coming here. To book a tee time at Totteridge for your group, or
multiple groups, during Open week please contact the club at
724-837-6700 Ext. 4.
An information
sheet is attached. We look forward to hearing from you.
Sincerely,
Matt Lafferty
