Thank you for choosing to play and live at Totteridge. Whether you’ve played here over the summer or are just learning about the community, you may have heard about some significant changes. First and foremost, we are putting in renewed efforts in improving the golf course; particularly bunker repair, cart paths, and weed eradication in the roughs. Our Rees Jones designed course will continue to be a beacon for avid golfers in Western Pennsylvania. We have begun Clubhouse renovations. The Golf Shop will be relocated and enlarged, the restaurant menu and seating capacity will expand exponentially and a new cherry wood bar will be the perfect place to enjoy a cold drink after 18 holes or just watch a ball game. These exciting developments are coming for our 2016 season.
This letter announces the 2016 Totteridge Annual Golf Packages with a variety of options to suit golfer preferences. Our goal is to reward frequent golfers who want to practice, elevate their game, and look good doing it! All packages provide great value by including:
- Full access to our world-‐class practice facility -‐ driving range, multiple chipping areas, and practice green.
- Unlimited range balls.
- 15% discount off all Totteridge logo merchandise.
- Complimentary score posting and course handicap provided through GHIN.
- Adult or Family Charge account services to facilitate restaurant, bar and golf shop purchases.
- Option to either bundle CART FEES into the annual fee, or pay as you go.
Annual Golf Packages are identified by Classification. RESIDENT is available only to residents of the Totteridge Community. PRIMARY represents high value for frequent golfers who want to be able to play anytime. Both classifications offer very economical FAMILY rates. For frequent golfers who play their golf on weekdays, the WEEKDAY option offers the highest value. JUNIOR provides the perfect opportunity for young players to grow their game. EXECUTIVE offers a golfer opportunity to entertain business contacts at a 30% discount on golf/cart fees (a business contact may play up to six times per season).
